At Audiblaze, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order for any social media growth services, including followers, likes, views, or boosting services.
Digital Services Disclaimer
All services sold on Audiblaze are digital. Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it is considered delivered or in progress and may not be eligible for a refund except under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be issued only if:

The service was not started at all, and

The issue is confirmed to be caused by Audiblaze and not user error
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:

Wrong Link/Username Provided
If the customer submits an incorrect profile URL, post link, username, or any invalid link, Audiblaze is not responsible. Orders placed with incorrect links are non-refundable. -
Private Accounts
If the customer places an order for a private Instagram or social media account, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Customers must ensure their account or post is public before ordering and remains public during service delivery. -
Change of Mind
Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. -
Service Fluctuations or Drops
Minor drops or fluctuations in followers, likes, or engagement are common in social media growth services and do not qualify for a refund. Let us know if you experience a drop via our contact page and we will issue you a free refill. -
Account Issues or Restrictions
If your account is banned, restricted, suspended, or limited by the social media platform, no refund will be issued. This would be due to your own actions, as our services do not cause social media bans -
Completed or Partially Completed Orders
Orders that have been partially (username is changed or account is made private mid-order), or fully delivered are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first may result in:

Immediate suspension of your Audiblaze account

Permanent ban from using our services in the future
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve any issues.
